In the School District of Jefferson, we are committed to providing a wide variety of supports and services to help students aspire to and make progress toward the Vision of a College, Career, and Life Ready Graduate. This involves the development of a broad range of knowledge, skills and dispositions that will allow students to be informed consumers of their post-secondary education and training and also effectively navigate the worlds of higher education and employment at a time that is right for them.

- Prepare and maintain a personal plan for goal attainment that provides flexibility based on individual experiences.

- Effectively be able to navigate both the world of higher education and employment to support a transition to adulthood.
- Possess confidence in their level of mastery of knowledge, skills, and dispositions in relation to their personal and career goals.
