The successful 2022 referendum is providing needed space as our communities continue to grow. With sincere gratitude, we are thrilled to share some highlights of progress that has been made since the referendum. We thank you again for your support as we share the results of your investment in our schools and celebrated the work that has been completed on the district’s referendum projects. We are proud of the work completed as part of our Facilities Referendum and invited students, staff, and the community to explore our renovated spaces to celebrate.
Attendees at our Elementary School project celebrations in early September 2024 had the opportunity to tour each renovated building, explore the improvements, and see firsthand the positive changes made possible through the referendum projects.
Attendees at our High School project celebrations in late October 2024 were welcomed into the newly updated Tech Ed and Agriculture areas to tour the spaces. Students were in each area showcasing the cutting-edge equipment and their skills through hands-on demonstrations. In the new foods lab, the Agriculture Department and FFA Alumni treated guests to Culvers custard, while students highlighted the significant benefits the upgrades will bring to their future education.
Attendees at the East Elementary open house in October 2025 were offered tours of the building after all referendum projects were completed. Slate tiles from the building's old roof, which were engraved in our high school Tech Ed Engineering Lab, were given away.
