Kidspace Learning Center

Kidspace Learning Center is excited to say we are thriving. We started this program in the Fall of 2012 and we are so pleased to be able to say that it has been a huge success! With that said – we are excited to be able to offer afterschool care again for the upcoming school year. Kidspace also offers care over the summer break.
Children are treasured for their uniqueness and individuality.  They will be encouraged on a daily basis thru our open-minded program to explore all their possibilities and all they each have to offer.

Advantages of Kidspace Learning Center

  • Located at Sullivan Elementary School and East Elementary School.
  • Hours of operation:  7 am to 6 pm at East Elementary & at Sullivan Elementary.
  • Transportation provided, to East Elementary KidSpace, for children attending West Elementary.
  • Great for parents struggling with mid-day drop-off and pick-up.
  • Children are able to utilize great school facilities such as the gym and playground.
  • Snacks provided.
  • Staffed by Wisconsin Licensed and Certified Child Care providers.
  • Assistance from Wisconsin Shares Program is accepted
  • School Hot Lunch Program available.
  • Care is offered on no school days, school breaks, and over summer break.

Before and Afterschool Programs

Our after-school program is geared toward promoting a healthy atmosphere for interaction with friends in both teacher-directed and child-directed experiences. We will begin each day offering a homework period for those that need it that will allow children to complete their homework while it is still fresh in their minds.

The children will have ample free time to decide whether they would like to play board games, do crafts, free play or play outside/in the gym in a supervised environment. This non-rigid activity time allows them to make decisions for themselves. Children must be pre-registered to attend.

Hours:

  • Before School: Open school days at 7:00 a.m.
    • Children will be welcome to stay at Kidspace until the first bell rings or can join the outside recess at 7:45 with parents permission. 
  • After School: Open school days from 2:50 - 6:00 pm
  • Non school days/ During Breaks: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

4K Extended Care Program

Kidspace Learning Center will introduce your child to a balanced program of interaction with friends in both teacher-directed and child-directed experiences.  This program is an extension of your child's classroom learning and activities. We will have time each day for music, crafts, storytelling, drama, outside play along with a free choice of activities to name a few.
 
4K wrarp-around care is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm. (Before
school and afterschool care is also available) Our tiered rate system for children enrolled
in 4K wrap-around allows us to include ALL hours of care, including before and after school
care hours
